Robert McDowell discusses this never before seen exhibition of colour photographs documenting a party held for Joseph Beuys by his friend, Andy Warhol. It forms part of a new category of art work called ‘Event Photography’ and offers an insight into one night with two of the most important pop art and performance artists that were around at that time.
