Artist Andy Holden discusses his performance ‘Seven Short Works In Time’, a piece made up of musical composition, spoken word, film and objects, that was performed as part of Hospitalfield Arts open weekend.

This work grows and grows as Andy adds a new piece every time he’s invited somewhere to perform. The seventh work, entitled Chewy Cosmos, employs improvisation around the sound of a bubbling coffee pot and includes cello, piano, clarinet, synthesizer and an animated film.
