The Royal Scottish Academy New Contemporaries is an annual exhibition that showcases work from up and coming art and architecture graduates from Scottish art colleges and architecture schools. Featuring a range of works from sculpture, film making, painting, installation, architecture, printmaking and photography, it provides new artists with a platform to exhibit their work.
Summerhall TV attended the installation day and opening night and spoke to some of the artists involved about their work and what it’s like to be selected for such an exhibition.
