‘Resonance – gathering and sampling’ includes a selection of handmade paper sculptures, both large and small scale, free standing and wall mounted. Experimenting with paper, print and paper maker Jacki Parry creates different textures, utilising wax and dye to change the state of the paper, and is able to create pieces of work that you would scarcely believe was made from paper in the first place.

Kate Grenyer, Exhibition coordinator at Dovecot Studios, discusses some of the pieces in the exhibition, and Parry’s methods.
