Artist Rachel Maclean talks to Summerhall TV about her recent piece ‘Over the Rainbow’, which was created as part of a six month residency run by Creative Scotland, held at the Banff Centre in Canada. The video features Rachel dressed up as many colourful characters in a bright and often psychedelic world, with the dialogue taken from found footage and famous YouTube clips.
