Artist Leigh Chorlton introduces his exhibition ‘Pollster’. The works featured in this exhibition focus on the NHS, the media, the police, politicians and HMRC, posing questions about power, influence and political direction. Although exploring serious issues, Chorlton’s work presents his ideas in a playful manner featuring painted ceramics, which give a nod to some of the ‘tat’ that can be found in the Scottish tourist shops.
Pollster is on at the Hanson Street Project Space, Glasgow, until the 14th April 2014.
