An Enhanced Sense of Place, or A.E.S.O.P, is an interactive installation that consists of nine LED displays, each connected to an RSS feed and displaying real-time updates from around the globe. Acting like a compass, each message display points at different global geographic positions whilst collecting news data from that location. By presenting these messages, a series of truths and untruths, the installation aims to question how news is treated and consumed.
